About Us

FundTheGreats Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the proprietary trading evaluation platform at fundthegreats.com. By registering and using our platform you agree to these terms in full. All fees and account values are denominated in US Dollars ($) unless otherwise stated.

Evaluation Challenges

We offer three evaluation challenge tiers. Each has its own account size, evaluation fee, profit target, and risk limits as set out below.

General Evaluation Rules

All evaluation accounts are simulated and must be traded manually by the registered account holder. To pass any challenge, you must reach the stated profit target across a minimum of 3 trading days without breaching the daily loss limit or maximum drawdown limit.

There is no time limit on any evaluation. Evaluation accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared or copied.

Fees & Refund Policy

All evaluation and activation fees are denominated in US Dollars.

All fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances — including but not limited to account breach, failure to pass the evaluation, or voluntary withdrawal from the programme. By completing payment you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on all accounts and will result in immediate termination without refund:

Automated or algorithmic trading of any kind  ·  Hedging between accounts  ·  Exploiting platform latency or pricing anomalies  ·  Account sharing or third-party management  ·  Copy trading  ·  Gambling-style trading behaviour  ·  Any attempt to circumvent or manipulate the evaluation rules

Live Funded Accounts

Upon passing and paying the $15 activation fee, you receive access to a live funded account at the corresponding account size. The 50% consistency rule applies: no single trading day may account for more than 50% of your total profits at the time of any payout request.

The maximum profit that may be held at any time, the maximum withdrawal per request, and all applicable risk limits are as set out in Section 2 for your account tier.

Payouts

Payout requests must be submitted via Discord before your profit reaches the maximum cap for your account size. We aim to process all payout requests within 3–5 business days.

We reserve the right to review any account prior to processing a payout and to decline requests where prohibited conduct is identified.

Limitation of Liability

FundTheGreats Ltd provides a simulated trading environment for evaluation purposes only. We are not a regulated financial services provider. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial advice.

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. We accept no liability for losses incurred during the evaluation or on any live account beyond the return of fees paid in circumstances required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
