Everything you need to know before you start your evaluation.

On your live funded account the maximum profit you are permitted to hold at any one time is $1,000. If your account profit reaches or exceeds $1,000, the account is considered breached and trading will be suspended. Request your $1,000 withdrawal before your profit hits that level. Once you withdraw, your account resets and you continue trading.
The consistency rule applies to your live funded account only. It states that no single trading day can account for more than 50% of your total profits at the time of a payout request. For example: if your total profits are $800, no single day's profit should exceed $400. This rule ensures your performance reflects consistent, repeatable trading — not a single lucky day.

Example: Total profits $800. Day 1: +$300, Day 2: +$250, Day 3: +$250. Best day ($300) is 37.5% of total — this passes the rule. ✓
Yes — there is no limit on how many evaluation accounts you can hold at the same time. Each account operates independently with its own profit target, loss limits, and rules. Many traders run multiple accounts simultaneously — mix and match $10K, $25K, and $50K accounts to increase your overall funded capital.
Daily loss limits: $10K account — $300/day. $25K account — $500/day. $50K account — $1,000/day. If your losses reach the daily limit, trading stops for that day.

Overall account drawdown: All accounts have a 10% max drawdown from the starting balance — meaning $1,000 on a $10K account, $2,500 on a $25K account, and $5,000 on a $50K account. If your balance falls below that floor, the account is breached and closed.
After paying your evaluation fee you receive access to a simulated futures account. Choose from $10K ($30), $25K ($50), or $50K ($80). To pass you must:

1. Reach your profit target — $1,500 ($10K) · $3,000 ($25K) · $5,500 ($50K)
2. Trade on a minimum of 3 separate trading days
3. Never breach the daily loss limit — $300/$500/$1,000 depending on size
4. Never breach the 10% overall drawdown limit

There is no time limit. Once all conditions are met, the system detects your pass and sends you an email with the $15 activation link automatically.
Once your live account is active you can submit a payout request from your dashboard at any time. Maximum withdrawal per request is $1,000. Our team processes all payout requests within 3–5 business days. Remember: request your payout before your profit hits $1,000 — if your live account profit reaches or exceeds $1,000 the account is breached.
Fund The Greats is a futures-only prop firm. You may trade futures contracts on major indices, energies, metals, and agricultural products available through our terminal. Stocks, forex, cryptocurrency, options, and CFDs are not permitted.
If you breach your evaluation account the account is automatically closed. Your evaluation fee is non-refundable. However you are free to purchase a new evaluation account at any time — $30 for $10K, $50 for $25K, or $80 for $50K. There is no cooldown period and no limit on how many times you can re-evaluate.
